QRegent provides a digital business card platform that allows users to:

- Generate QR codes for sharing contact information
- Track analytics for QR code scans
- Manage team members within organizations

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that all information you enter into QR codes becomes publicly accessible. This includes but is not limited to: names, phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, business information, and any other data. QR codes are designed to share information publicly - anyone who obtains or scans your QR code can access this information. There is no expectation of privacy for data contained in QR codes.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.3 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited marketing
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
5. Content Ownership and Public Nature
5.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of the information you upload to your digital business cards. By using the Service, you:
- Grant us a license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service
- Acknowledge that QR code content is publicly accessible by design
- Accept responsibility for any information you make public through QR codes
- Agree not to include sensitive, private, or confidential information in QR codes
5.2 Public Access: You understand and agree that QR codes are meant to be shared publicly. Any data you include in a QR code can be accessed by anyone who scans or obtains the QR code URL.
5.3 Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by QRegent and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
7.1 Uptime: While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
